Kerry Savage
Director
A highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator and communications expert, Kerry Savage is the director of Savage Communications Limited.
Kerry runs coaching and training programmes for a range of clients, from marketing agencies to high profile organisations, such as McDonald’s, F1, the FCA, Christian Louboutin and eBay. She previously worked at some of the UK's most successful communications consultancies, including Freud Communications, Burson-Marsteller and Hill & Knowlton, as well as working in-house for Selfridges.
She is an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of PR, specialising in management and leadership development.
Kerry holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is NLP trained. She is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). She is a licensed Insights Discovery and Liberating Leadership practitioner.
Kerry leads a small team of subject matter experts, learning designers, and first class facilitators. They customise workshops using a range of blended learning methods to drive business performance.
Isobel
Isobel (MCIPR) is a senior communications professional and PR trainer. She has been in the industry for over 15 years, working both agency-side and as Head of Communications for Williams F1.
Today, Isobel delivers bespoke communications workshops to agencies, in-house teams and individuals. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives and her style is known for being energetic and engaging.
Her clients include Nelson Bostock, FleishmannHillard, National Grid ESO, CC Group, Erlam and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
She has the privilege of being an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, where she runs training on a range of topics.


Margaret
Margaret is a professional writer and communicator, and specialist trainer and coach in these areas. She has been helping organisations to create compelling communications, delivered with impact, for over 20 years.
As a trainer, Margaret shows people how to craft communications and presentations that are relevant, clear and vivid for their target audiences. She shares practical techniques and tools so they can quickly improve their business writing and public speaking.
Her talent lies in bringing her subject matter to life in an engaging, memorable way.
Her clients include AstraZeneca, English Football League, London Stock Exchange, Macmillan Cancer Support, Network Rail, Rathbones Investment Management and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
Nicola
Nicola is an experienced and passionate Learning & Development professional. She has worked in the L&D field for almost twenty years with a variety of organisations.
Nicola is driven by making a difference to others, helping them to be the best they can be. She is practical and realistic and works to make training concepts relevant and accessible to everyone. She is a creative training designer, always looking for new and exciting ways to engage learners in training content in both the classroom and virtual learning environments. She has a strong belief that the most effective learning is experiential, flexible, challenging, memorable and fun. She uses a variety of tools and techniques to make this happen, including personality profiling tools like Insights Discovery and MBTI. She is also a qualified coach and experienced mentor.
