I'm looking forward to seeing you for the Feedback Culture training.
This interactive, role play based workshop is about creating an everyday feedback culture where people are unafraid to have mature, assertive conversations – one where performance feedback isn’t saved up for appraisals.
It is a valuable opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, to practise tried and tested techniques that can be immediately applied back in the workplace.
