ABOUT THE TRAINING

Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to seeing you for the Feedback Culture workshop.

This interactive, role play based workshop is about creating an everyday feedback culture – one where managers are unafraid to have mature, assertive conversations with their team members and where performance feedback isn’t saved up for appraisals. 

 
It is a valuable opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, to practise tried and tested techniques that can be immediately applied back in the workplace. 

  

  • Know how to structure development feedback  

  • Choose the right language and tone 

  • Deliver feedback around hard-to-pin-down issues, such as professionalism or attitude 

  • Understand how to open and close  

  • Diagnose poor performance, using the Performance Navigator  

  • Identify the appropriate rewards and penalties

A highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator and communications expert, Kerry Savage is the director of Savage Communications Limited. 


Kerry delivers leadership development and executive coaching to a range of clients, from marketing agencies to high profile organisations, such as McDonald’s, F1, the FCA and eBay. 

She is a senior coach practitioner, certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. She is also trained in team coaching and NLP. She is accredited in the award-winning Liberating Leadership programme and is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner.

She previously worked at some of the UK's most successful communications consultancies, including Freud Communications, Burson-Marsteller and Hill & Knowlton, as well as working in-house for Selfridges.
