ABOUT THE TRAINING
I'm looking forward to seeing you for our workshop, where we will be exploring the powerful Insights Discovery model.
This interactive session will help build greater bonds and uncover ways you can work more efficiently and productively together. This will be a practical session, with clear outcomes and accountability.
We want to recognise the individual value that you bring to the team, leveraging your significant strengths and identifying how you can best complement each other.
You will gain a deep understanding of the collective team dynamic and you will learn to use this information to tackle real life, every day challenges.
During the session, I will:
Introduce you to the Insights model and show how it can be applied
Provide you with a personal Insights Discovery profile
Raise awareness of the collective profile of the team
Bring the model to life using a variety of practical exercises and discussions
Demonstrate how to ensure Insights Discovery is ingrained in the team culture

In preparation for the training, please carry out these 3 important steps:

If you haven't already, complete an online evaluator, which will determine your Insights Discovery® type and bring you a new level of self-awareness, by Wednesday 4 October.

ABOUT KERRY SAVAGE
A highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator and communications expert, Kerry Savage is the director of Savage Communications Limited. Kerry delivers leadership development and executive coaching to a range of clients, from marketing agencies to high profile organisations, such as McDonald’s, F1, the FCA and eBay.
She is a senior coach practitioner, certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. She is also trained in team coaching and NLP. She is accredited in the award-winning Liberating Leadership programme and is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner.
