Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to seeing you for Influence & Persuasion training.

This interactive training provides you with advanced communication skills to be able to navigate the world of meetings and presentations. You will understand what to say and how to say it. You will have the confidence to gain buy-in to recommendations and influence important business decisions with the language you use and the credibility you display.

Module 1: Leading Meetings

  • Know how to chair virtual meetings, with confidence

  • Master the art of intelligent small talk and authentic chat 

  • Personalise your introductions 

  • Drive an outcome-driven agenda

Module 2: Persuasive Language

  • Use compelling language to land your message

  • Choose the most appropriate structure

  • Understand how to open and close with impact

  • Signpost, flag and transition smoothly to the next section

Module 3: Impactful Delivery

  • Command trust and respect, by finding the perfect balance between warmth and competence 

  • Learn how to dial up or de-emphasise your energy levels, according to your extraverted / introverted inclinations 

  • Hone vocal delivery – pace, tone, volume and clarity – becoming aware of personal habits

Module 4: Challenging Situations

  • Find your voice with more extraverted or senior stakeholders

  • Think on your feet

  • Field difficult questions and objections

  • Manage stakeholder expectations

Kerry Savage is an inspirational and dynamic coach and trainer, who is passionate about helping others succeed. 

Over the years, she has worked within many high profile organisations, including Sony, eBay and the British Fashion Council.

She is accredited in Liberating Leadership, a licensed Insights Discovery® practitioner, and a member of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She holds a professional certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School and is NLP trained.
