ABOUT THE TRAINING
I'm looking forward to seeing you for Time Management & Prioritisation training.
Designed to help busy professionals be more effective at prioritising and managing their time effectively, this workshop is transformative for daily working life. Using tried and tested time management tools and techniques, you will understand how to ‘work smarter, not harder’. You will come away feeling more in control of your workloads, confident in your ability to plan ahead and drive projects forward.

Time Management & Prioritisation
Module 1: Project Management
Plan ahead, acknowledging each of the steps in the process and allowing contingency for inevitable delays
Understand and overcome procrastination
Module 2: Positive Pushback
Learn how to communicate assertively – reprioritise and rescope
Express yourself positively, saying yes, under your terms
Manage expectations with internal stakeholders
Know when and how to ask for help
Module 3: Prioritisation
Learn to step back and think; reflect, don’t react
Get the best return from your time and effort by being clear on the objectives
Understand how to prioritise when everything appears to be a priority
Know the difference between urgent and important
Module 4: Personal Patterns
Identify and eliminate personal time stealers
Adapt to individual energy levels and productivity patterns throughout the day
Set up workable systems and manage email flow
Set boundaries and ringfence your time
