ABOUT THE TRAINING

Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to seeing you for our 3-part Strategic Planning & Presenting training.

These practical sessions will provide you with the clarity and confidence to structure a compelling strategic communications plan, from scratch. You will understand the core framework, from taking the brief, right through to evaluation and measurement. You will learn how to develop and deliver outstanding, impactful proposals and pitch docs.

You will have the skills to sell ideas, gain buy-in to recommendations and influence important business decisions with the language you use, the knowledge you demonstrate and the credibility you display.

See you soon!

Kerry

Just thought I would share with you that, since the training, I’ve had the opportunity to put the principles we discussed into practice on two pitches… and we’ve won both of them! On both occasions, feedback from the client was that we presented a clear and compelling programme underpinned by a solid strategic focus.
