The theme for our next workshop is ‘How to Adopt a Growth Mindset’ – a key attribute of resilient, resourceful professionals.
A growth mindset is one where our focus is on progress, not perfection. It’s one where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities. It’s where we take action to improve ourselves, not prove ourselves. It’s where we believe anything is possible with effort.
To get us in good shape for the session, please could you all complete the following pre-work and return it to Emily by next Thursday 19 November.

ABOUT KERRY SAVAGE
Kerry is an inspirational and dynamic trainer, who is passionate about helping others succeed. As well as being accredited in Liberating Leadership, she is a licensed Insights Discovery® practitioner, a member of the Association for Coaching and is NLP trained.
Savage Communications was founded by senior comms practitioner, Kerry Savage (MCIPR, MCIM). She is an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Her agency clients include Fitch (WPP), MHP (Engine Group) and Fleishman Hillard (Omnicom). Prior to becoming a coach and facilitator, Kerry worked at a number of comms consultancies, including Freud Communications and Hill & Knowlton.
