Part 1 of Client Service Excellence training: Challenging Client Conversations.
These workshops teach how to build deep and lasting relationships with clients. You will gain vital influencing skills. You will learn how to establish trusted advisor status with senior clients, and deal with challenging situations, confidently and assertively.
Part 2: Trusted Advisor will take place on Wednesday 8 December.

Kerry Savage is an inspirational and dynamic coach and trainer, who is passionate about helping others thrive.
Over the years, she has worked within many high profile organisations, including Formula 1, Sony, eBay and Christian Louboutin.
She has helped people overcome significant communications challenges, such as building their professional brand, dealing with change and presenting under pressure.

She is accredited in Liberating Leadership, a licensed Insights Discovery® practitioner, a member of the Association for Coaching and European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She holds a post graduate certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School and is NLP trained.
