ABOUT THE TRAINING
I'm looking forward to seeing you for Managing Busy Teams training.
The crazy, busy world of fast-paced projects and events - where you are juggling multiple clients, team members and priorities - can sometimes be overwhelming. This workshop is designed to help bring some control and structure into the management of your teams. As a result, colleagues will know what is expected of them and be communicating with you effectively. They will be delivering work on time and to a consistently high standard.
Discover how to:
Invest time to save time
Deliver excellent briefings
Manage communication between you and your team, efficiently
Convey your expectations and desired ways of working
Maintain excellent standards
Take a more reflective, not reactive, approach to management
Plan ahead to identify gaps in resourcing
Minimise bottlenecks and maintain work flow
Flex your style to get the best out of different personality types
Challenge team members to step up, even when busy
See you soon!
