ABOUT THE TRAINING

Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to seeing you for management training, which will cover the following: 

Part 1: Delegating and Briefing

  • Learn to deliver consistently clear, thorough briefs

  • Appreciate how to brief colleagues according to their competence and maturity

  • Check for understanding, providing space for questions and recognising incongruous nonverbal signals

Part 2: Performance Management

  • Set SMART objectives and evaluate success

  • Hold performance reviews and identify development needs

  • Diagnose poor performance and the reasons

  • Recognise whether performance issues are ‘can’t do’ (skills) or ‘won’t do’ (attitude) 

  • Understand how to structure critical feedback 

  • Learn how to use rewards and penalties 

To get us in good shape for the session, please could you complete the pre-work below.

Kerry Savage is an inspirational and dynamic coach and trainer, who is passionate about helping others succeed. 

Over the years, she has worked within many high profile organisations, including Formula 1, Sony, eBay and the British Fashion Council.

She has helped management teams overcome significant communications challenges, such as building their professional brand, dealing with change and presenting under pressure.

She is an accredited in Liberating Leadership, a licensed Insights Discovery® practitioner, a member of the Association for Coaching and NLP trained. She holds a post graduate certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School. 

She is a mentor for Breaking Barriers, a charity that helps refugees to rebuild their lives & find meaningful employment. She is a volunteer coach for the NHS, supporting clinicians during Covid.
