Designed to help busy comms professionals be more effective at prioritising and managing their time effectively, this workshop is transformative for daily working life.
Using tried and tested time management tools and techniques, you will understand how to ‘work smarter, not harder,’ in a busy, virtual agency environment. You will come away feeling more in control of your workloads, confident in your ability to plan ahead and drive projects forward.

Insights Discovery® is an exciting and revealing psychometric tool that can be used for both individual and team development. It is the most accurate and memorable of its kind. It uses four colours to describe distinct personality preferences: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. It’s this simple language which makes the profile so easy to remember and share with others.
The workshop will be pacey and interactive, so come prepared to dive in. We will:
Introduce you to the model and show how it can be applied every day
Explain how to recognise other types
Provide tips for adapting your style to other communication preferences
In preparation for the training, please carry out these 2 important steps:
1. Complete an online evaluator, which will determine your Insights Discovery® type and bring you a new level of self-awareness, by Thursday 11 August.
It’s best to give your first natural response, being as honest with yourself as you can be. The evaluator typically takes about 15 mins to complete.

ABOUT ISOBEL CAMIER
Isobel Camier (MCIPR) is a senior communications professional and PR trainer. She has been in the industry for over 15 years, working both agency-side and as Head of Communications for Williams F1.
Today, Isobel delivers bespoke PR workshops to agencies, corporate businesses, individuals and charities. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives. Her training style is known for being energetic and engaging.
