In this practical, interactive workshop, you will acquire the skills to write consistently good business copy (focusing particularly on reports, but also covering emails and letters). You will be given concrete guidance on how to plan and structure your work effectively, and will gain the confidence to use professional, grammatically-correct language for all communication.

Janey

ABOUT JANEY MORRISSEY

Janey is an experienced writer, trainer, communications expert, public speaking coach and she mentors individuals on confidence and speech writing.

​

Janey is also a professional copywriter and runs workshops at MEPRA and the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers on marketing communications copywriting. 

Janey has an empathic and open training style. She is a qualified integrative psychotherapist, interested in the psychology of business communication and she is passionate about empowering and supporting people towards their success.

Some of her clients include Baz Education, the CIPR, IWPR, NHS, the Department of Transport, the Department of Health, the Airports Commission, National Vehicle Movements and Mumbo Jumbo Media.

Janey received an English degree with First-class honours. As a professional playwright, her works have been performed across the UK. She is a regular writer for The Factory Theatre Company (described by The Independent as ‘the hottest ticket in town’) and has been commissioned to write for BBC Radio, The Royal Court, Hull Truck Theatre and many other prestigious institutions. She was awarded a literary prize for ‘best one act play’ in New York.
