ABOUT THE TRAINING
Hi everyone,
I'm looking forward to seeing you for the Strengths-Based Leadership workshop.

STRENGTHEN ENGAGEMENT
By tapping into what people love doing, you make sure they look forward to every morning at work
STRENGTHEN RETENTION
By recognising and developing what makes people special, you increase employee satisfaction and loyalty
The session will enable you to:
-
Discover strength-based coaching and positive psychology
-
Understand the benefits of strengths-based leadership, for individuals, teams and the whole agency
-
Identify team member strengths and those of you as a leader
-
Help colleagues recognise their own strengths
