INTERPRET THE BRIEF & DEVELOP THE STRATEGY

  • Demonstrate commercial acumen by aligning recommendations with business objectives
     

  • Conduct thorough research to deliver insight and originality
     

  • Run a strategic brainstorm, arriving at the ‘wow’ moment effortlessly

ARTICULATE THE STRATEGY IN A COMPELLING WAY

  • Develop the narrative and build an irrefutable business case 
     

  • Structure responses clearly, ensuring a golden thread runs throughout  
     

  • Use clear, persuasive language to land key messages
     

  • Translate written responses into powerful pitches

DELIVER WITH IMPACT

  • Guarantee a positive first impression with powerful personal introductions 
     

  • Build trusted advisor status, by finding the perfect balance between warmth and competence 
     

  • Practice presenting with prowess and taking your audience on a journey 
     

  • Adopt a value-based approach to budget conversations

Amelia is an outstanding trainer and performance coach, and a seasoned communications specialist. Passionate about her work, she brings dynamism, knowledge and transformative energy to every session.

 

She helps clients from PR, marketing and sales executives to the c-suite to perform more confidently, persuasively and effectively. Workshops topics include management and leadership, strategic communications, creative and persuasive writing, and presentation skills.

 

Amelia is an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Her other clients include Capgemini and the Financial Ombudsman Service, as well as many marketing agencies.

 

She is a psychology graduate, holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is a group exercise instructor with a keen interest in adopting a holistic approach to drive individual and organisational performance.  

 

Previously, she spent over a decade working for leading independent communications consultancies, providing strategic counsel and training.
