Managing your reputation is critical to professional success. The purpose of this workshop is to build a personalised brand strategy that will develop your self-awareness and can be used as a vital part of your development at Rathbones. What is your current brand? Where could you improve? How can you stand out from the crowd?

How to demonstrate executive presence in meetings
How to communicate clearly and concisely
How to deal with challenging situations, such as getting your voice heard or thinking on your feet
Evaluation: How will you measure success and keep the training alive?
