Hi everyone,
I'm looking forward to seeing you for Project Management training.
This bespoke workshop is designed to help senior account managers and account directors manage projects to a high standard.
Using a range of project management tools and techniques, it shows the key differences between retainer and project work. You will come away feeling more in control of your client projects, confident in your ability to plan your time, manage resource and deliver successful outcomes.
