Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to seeing you for Leadership training. This 2-day advanced workshop is designed to help leaders build empowered, motivated teams. You will learn vital coaching skills required to nurture a culture of ownership and initiative. You will understand how to support individuals’ career progression, whilst also appreciating the nuances of team dynamics. Using the latest management techniques, alongside plenty of opportunity for peer group discussion, you will come away feeling equipped and confident to handle any
leadership situation.

Module 1: Strategic Management

Prioritise your time to focus on what really matters strategically (the difference between urgent and important)

Understand the mindset of a high performing senior manager

Communicate a clear vision and direction for you and your team

Set ambitious team goals, aligned with the company’s objectives

Get to grips with the high challenge-high support principles and identify your underlying beliefs as a manager

Structure performance conversations

Handle promotion requests fairly and effectively

Recognise whether performance issues are ‘can’t do’ (skills) or ‘won’t do’ (attitude), using proprietary ‘performance navigator’ tool to accurately assess issues

Module 3: Team Dynamics

ABOUT KERRY SAVAGE
A highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator and communications expert, Kerry Savage is the director of Savage Communications Limited.

​Kerry delivers leadership development and executive coaching to a range of clients, from marketing agencies to high profile organisations, such as McDonald’s, F1, the FCA, Christian Louboutin and eBay.
She is a senior coach practitioner, certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. She is also trained in team coaching and NLP. She is accredited in the award-winning Liberating Leadership programme and is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner.

She previously worked at some of the UK's most successful communications consultancies, including Freud Communications, Burson-Marsteller and Hill & Knowlton, as well as working in-house for Selfridges.
