ABOUT THE TRAINING
This interactive training programme teaches what it means to be a skilled communications consultant. It will give you a deeper understanding of the agency model. You will gain vital skills for influencing clients in the virtual world, via a range of channels, from email to video conferencing. You will learn how to establish executive presence with senior clients, and deal with challenging situations, confidently and assertively.
Know what clients want from their agency… and what they don’t
Write status reports, agendas and other important documents
Demonstrate attention to detail and the importance of proofreading
Hit deadlines or flag early on
Write professional emails
Develop awareness of the client world and industry
Virtual meeting etiquette
Know how to prepare for meetings and follow up effectively
Contribute well in internal and external meetings
Understand meeting rituals and your role
Master the art of intelligent small talk and powerful questions
Consider your appearance, environment and technical aspects
Stay present and demonstrate active listening
Maintain a strong physical presence

ABOUT ISOBEL CAMIER
Isobel Camier (MCIPR) is a senior communications professional and PR trainer. She has been in the industry for over 15 years, working both agency-side and as Head of Communications for Williams F1.
Today, Isobel delivers bespoke PR workshops to agencies, corporate businesses, individuals and charities. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives. Her training style is known for being energetic and engaging.
She has the privilege of being an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, where she runs training on a range of topics.
