There are 2 parts to the preparation for this training, to be completed by Friday 22 April.
What are your 3 most important objectives for the training programme?
Describe, in detail, a people management challenge that you’re currently facing.
a) Complete an online evaluator, which will determine your Insights Discovery® type and bring you a new level of self-awareness.
It’s best to give your first natural response, being as honest with yourself as you can be. The evaluator typically takes about 15 mins to complete.
Add this referral code: 550/insert your name/YJ/KS
b) Watch the 30-min video below before attending the workshop.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Thanks for such a brilliant and insightful day. Everyone really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be recommending your training to others. The feedback has been hugely positive and we have already seen some action, which is fantastic.
I found the training extremely helpful, especially ahead of some of the management conversations I’ve already had to have to have, so thanks so much!
Thank you again for the management training. It was an informative day with lots learnt and a real insight into things I usually take for granted. I have no doubt I'll be using all the things you taught us.
