You will learn how to drive conversations, confidently and assertively. You will gain valuable techniques for forging strong working relationships.   

  • Identify colleagues’ needs, motivators and common bugbears (empathy mapping and pain gain tools)

  • Build your profile with senior colleagues

  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, appreciating what it means to be in business

  • Actively seek opportunities beyond the day-to-day

  • Understand their world with advanced questioning skills and active listening

  • Invite feedback

  • Recognise the value that you bring, positioning yourself as an equal partner and confident expert

Isobel is an expert trainer, facilitator and communications professional. She has been delivering bespoke workshops to marketing agencies, in-house teams and individuals for a number of years.
