Building on themes which came up during Challenging Client Conversations, this session will focus on providing valuable techniques for achieving even stronger working relationships with clients. 

You will learn how to establish trusted advisor status with senior clients, enabling you to garner respect and ensure your voice is heard. You will come away with vital influencing skills to help you face current challenges; minimise over-servicing, set boundaries and manage expectations. 

Involving practical exercises, it will enable you to implement what have learned, immediately. 

  • Develop a client relationship strategy and build your profile with key stakeholders
     

  • Understand the components of trusted relationships and benchmark your own trusted advisor status

  • Get under the skin of the client’s world with advanced questioning skills and active listening
     

  • Know your leverage and the value your bring 

  • Set boundaries and manage expectations
     

  • Push back, positively - saying yes, under your terms

Isobel is an expert trainer, facilitator and communications professional. She has been delivering bespoke workshops to marketing agencies, in-house teams and individuals for a number of years.
