Building on themes which came up during Challenging Client Conversations, this session will focus on providing valuable techniques for achieving even stronger working relationships with clients.

You will learn how to establish trusted advisor status with senior clients, enabling you to garner respect and ensure your voice is heard. You will come away with vital influencing skills to help you face current challenges; minimise over-servicing, set boundaries and manage expectations.

Involving practical exercises, it will enable you to implement what have learned, immediately.
