About Savage Communications
Savage Communications helps leaders and teams communicate with greater confidence, lead more effectively and perform at their best. Founded by Kerry Savage in 2004, we work with organisations across the UK and internationally, designing and delivering practical, engaging learning experiences that create meaningful change.
Kerry leads a trusted team of subject-matter experts, learning designers, coaches and first-class facilitators. For each project, she brings together the right blend of expertise and experience to meet the client’s particular needs.
Our programmes are never off the shelf. We work closely with clients to understand their business, people and challenges, then create tailored workshops and development programmes using a range of blended learning methods. The result is learning that translates into everyday behaviour and supports stronger business performance.
Kerry Savage
Founder and Director
Kerry is an inspirational and dynamic leadership coach. She is driven by making a difference, empowering senior teams to go beyond what they previously thought possible.
Since starting Savage Communications 22 years ago, Kerry has worked with many high-profile organisations, including F1, Sony, McDonald’s, Savills and Charlotte Tilbury, as well as hundreds of marketing communications professionals. She helps leaders overcome common challenges, such as communicating their leadership brand and vision, managing through change, and navigating complex relationships.
She is a senior coach practitioner, certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. She is currently studying for an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at the University of East London. She is trained in team coaching and NLP. She is accredited in the award-winning Liberating Leadership programme and is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner.
