Kerry Savage
Director
A highly experienced leadership coach, facilitator and communications expert, Kerry Savage is the director of Savage Communications Limited.

Kerry delivers leadership development and executive coaching to a range of clients, from marketing agencies to high profile organisations, such as McDonald’s, F1, the FCA, Christian Louboutin and eBay.
She is a senior coach practitioner, certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. She is also trained in team coaching and NLP. She is accredited in the award-winning Liberating Leadership programme and is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner.

She previously worked at some of the UK's most successful communications consultancies, including Freud Communications, Burson-Marsteller and Hill & Knowlton, as well as working in-house for Selfridges.
Kerry leads a small team of subject matter experts, learning designers, and first class facilitators.
They customise workshops using a range of blended learning methods to drive business performance.
Isobel
Isobel is an expert trainer, facilitator and communications professional. She has been delivering bespoke workshops to marketing agencies, in-house teams and individuals for a number of years. Her talent is in tailoring training sessions to clients' specific objectives, and her style is known for being energetic and engaging.
She is rated extremely highly by her clients, which include Unlimited, FleishmanHillard, Four Communications, Lansons, Persimmon Homes and National Grid ESO.

She is licensed in Insights Discovery and has the privilege of being an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, where she runs training on a range of topics.

Before becoming a trainer, Isobel worked in the marketing industry for over 15 years, working both agency-side and as Head of Communications for Williams F1. As such, she brings deep understanding of communication, audience engagement, and influence and persuasion to all of her workshops.
Amelia
Amelia is an outstanding trainer and performance coach, and a seasoned communications specialist. Passionate about her work, she brings dynamism, knowledge and transformative energy to every session.
She helps clients from PR, marketing and sales executives to the c-suite to perform more confidently, persuasively and effectively. Workshop topics include management and leadership, strategic communications, creative and persuasive writing, and presentation skills.
Amelia is an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Her other clients include Capgemini and the Financial Ombudsman Service, as well as many marketing agencies.
She is a psychology graduate, holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is a group exercise instructor with a keen interest in adopting a holistic approach to drive individual and organisational performance.
Previously, she spent over a decade working for leading independent communications consultancies, providing strategic counsel and training.
Margaret
Margaret is a professional writer and communicator, and specialist trainer and coach in these areas. She has been helping organisations to create compelling communications, delivered with impact, for over 20 years.
As a trainer, Margaret shows people how to craft communications and presentations that are relevant, clear and vivid for their target audiences. She shares practical techniques and tools so they can quickly improve their business writing and public speaking.

Janey
Janey is an experienced copywriter, trainer, communications expert and public speaking coach. She also mentors individuals on confidence and speech writing.
Janey has an empathic and open training style. She is a qualified integrative psychotherapist, interested in the psychology of business communication and she is passionate about empowering and supporting people towards their success.
Some of her recent clients include the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers, MEPRA, the CIPR, IWPR, NHS, the Department of Transport, the Department of Health and the Airports Commission.
Sarah
Sarah is our versatile Client Services Manager; the glue of Savage Communications.
She has over 25 years' experience in communications agencies and the city, managing internal and external clients. She is diligent, conscientious and thoroughly enjoys her work.
A former London girl, Sarah now enjoys a more peaceful, remote working lifestyle in the beautiful French Vienne countryside.
