There is pre-work to complete by Wednesday 28 August.
This workshop provides the advanced communication skills to be able to persuade and influence internal stakeholders. You will have the confidence to gain buy-in and influence important business decisions.
You will learn how to establish trusted advisor status with colleagues, dealing with challenging situations, confidently and assertively. You will gain valuable techniques for forging strong working relationships with different types of colleagues.
The session involves practical, problem-solving exercises that enable you to immediately put into practice what you have learned.

Use persuasive, influencer language to land your message

Build an irrefutable business case, using the NOSE model

Pre-empt objections and resistance, building them into your recommendations

Use plain English to convey technical messages
TRUSTED ADVISOR

Understand the components of a trusted relationship and benchmark your own trusted advisor status

Command trust and respect, by finding the perfect balance between warmth and competence

Learn how to dial up or de-emphasise your energy levels, according to your extraverted / introverted inclinations
