BRAVE BISON
HEAD OF SNAPCHAT
Kerry created a comfortable environment where we were able to discuss our management style and approaches. Conversations about management may not organically happen in every day working life and Kerry's style of leading conversations allowed us to contribute without ever feeling forced or open to judgement.

Thank you so much for a lovely training session the other day. Everybody came out buzzing and we used so many of the tools in two appraisals yesterday! It has revolutionised our thinking!
