This workshop is designed to help leaders drive positive change within the business. You will learn how to make, accept and communicate difficult decisions, with clarity and positivity. We will work through real life scenarios.

  • Assess your natural change responses and adapt where necessary

  • Shift from a ‘danger’ to ‘opportunity’ mindset

  • Land messages responsibly, delivering difficult messages with warmth and authority

  • Understand the change curve and how to respond to the different stages

  • Learn how to navigate the tensions between caring, pastoral manager (supportive, empathetic) and agency ambassador (challenging, rational)

  • Appreciate the dangers of over-empathising and fanning the flames
