PRE-WORK
There is pre-work to complete by Wednesday 9 October.
This foundational 1-day management workshop covers key topics, such as motivation, delegation and giving feedback, as well as understanding the roles and expectations of a line manager. They will start to understand their own management style and how to adapt to others’ needs, in order to get the best from them. They will learn how to structure important conversations, as well as the language to use.
